We are now Hiring a HVAC Maintenance Technician!

Compensation: Full-time Hourly, Depending upon experience

Schedule: The schedule will is morning shift weekends and holidays are necessary

Location: Broken Sound Club - 2401 Willow Springs Dr, Boca Raton, Florida 33496

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. Display professional journeyman level expertise in at least three of the following areas with basic skills in the remaining: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and finish skills, mechanical, general building management, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, and/or energy conservation.

• Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing troubleshooting and repair of club facilities.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Inspect and repair all mechanical equipment including, but not limited to: appliances, HVAC, electrical and plumbing components,
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and club facilities.
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance, electrical and carpentry functions.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations with proper supervision.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Assure each day’s activities and problems that occur are communicated to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards.
• Perform routine inspections of the entire property, noting safety hazards, lack of illumination, down equipment (such as ice makers, fans, extractors, pumps), and take immediate corrective action.

• Display advanced knowledge of engineering computer programs related to preventative maintenance, Communicate and answer phone or cell phone calls, (text messages or video calls)
• Display advanced engineering operations skills and general mechanical ability.
