What You Will Be Doing


As the Systems Engineer, Integration and Test you will be responsible for supporting the team that integrates and validates mission‑system functions across lab, flying‑test‑bed, and flight‑test environments.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Developing test requirements and detailed procedures based on system specifications.

  • Executing integration and test activities in laboratory settings and evaluating system performance on flying test‑beds.

  • Supporting mission‑system flight‑test evaluations and reporting results to stakeholders.

  • Using a deep technical background and strong communication skills to interface with engineers, pilots, and program leadership.

  • Applying expertise in modern, software‑intensive mission‑system architectures and a solid understanding of military aircraft functionality.


Travel requirements: 10‑20 % travel required.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering
-Experience with Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test background, with experience in full System Development Life Cycle execution and best practices on software and hardware-based systems
-Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired skills

Experience in Agile methodologies
Experience in software life cycle logistics, including knowledge of build paradigms, merge request processes, and dependency/artifact management
