The opportunity

We’re looking for a Joinery Project Manager to join our Manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be the central link between Estimation, Set Out, Production, and Delivery, bringing teams together, driving accountability, and finding better ways to deliver high-quality products on time and on budget.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage joinery projects from handover through to delivery and close-out
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, purchase orders, invoices, and reporting on costs and margins
• Coordinate across Estimation, Set Out, Production, and Delivery to keep projects on track
• Challenge and review estimates, variations, and scopes for accuracy and buildability
• Lead pre- and post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve processes
• Coach and support the Estimation and Set Out teams to build technical and commercial capability
• Ensure compliance with WHS and industry standards

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years’ experience in project management/delivery, ideally in joinery, shopfitting, or fitout
• Strong understanding of joinery production methods, sequencing, and installation requirements
• Commercially minded with proven ability to manage costs and deliver projects on budget
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and resolve buildability concerns
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Trade background in Joinery or Cabinet Making (preferred)
