This role is responsible for detailed cleaning, sanitization, and upkeep to meet company standards. Working closely with the maintenance and leasing teams, the Housekeeper helps create a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

- Clean vacant units to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for new residents.
- Perform routine cleaning of clubhouses, offices, fitness centers, and other shared amenities.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, parking lots, breezeways and common areas.
