You will be primarily responsible for…
- Performing various building assessment-type projects, including but not limited to data aggregation, bar coding of facility equipment, housing data collection projects, and parking lot studies. Programs may include client specific protocols as outlined by leadership team.
- Conduct General Skills and walk-through surveys of major building equipment and systems.
- Apply bar codes to identified equipment.
- Provide photographic documentation of equipment and data tags.
- Observes Property’s mechanical systems, components and equipment, for the purpose of identifying significant Physical Deficiencies and evaluating the condition of each piece of equipment.
- Conducts interviews with the owner (or their on-site representative and other individuals knowledgeable about the subject property.
- Maintains project-by-project communication with Lead and Senior Project Manager and keeps them informed of any actual or potential problems, including access or delivery issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
- Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record).
- Personal credit sufficient to charge business travel expenses of up to $3,000 required.
