About the role

Company Description

The Manager, Leave & ADA Programs will own and drive our Leave of Absence and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) programs Red Bull North America (RBNA). You will be the subject matter expert and key point of contact with our external vendors and internal teams, ensuring our strategies and practices are compliant and aligned with business objectives.

Job Description

Program Management

Continuously improve Leaves and ADA program strategy, processes, and policies based on internal feedback and vendor performance

Utilize data analytics to monitor trends, assess program effectiveness, and identify improvement opportunities, providing regular feedback to our vendor network.

Prepare reports for leadership on program performance, compliance metrics, and recommendations for improvement

 

Vendor Management

Manage vendor performance, ensuring vendor alignment and delivery on strategic goals

Guide structure of and participate in utilization reviews

Ensure effective and efficient resolution of all escalations

Lead necessary market checks and program benchmarks, including evaluating alternatives

Assist with market pricing and support contract negotiations

 

Compliance

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave regulations and industry best practices

Stay abreast of changes in regulations and ensure company policies are compliant

 

Training

Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other relevant departments to ensure consistent execution of leave and ADA programs

Develop and maintain training content for managers, employees, and Talent Business Partners on leave policies, procedures, and ADA compliance

 

Relationships & Partnerships

Build strong internal relationships within our Talent organization to maximize quality and delivery of work

Manage the Sr. Specialist, Leaves Programs, including allocation of work and regular feedback & coaching to drive performance

Collaborate with business and Talent stakeholders to establish clear communication channels and standardized procedures

Work with Talent, Legal, and business units to assess and implement reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in leave administration, ADA accommodations, or a related HR function

Strong understanding of federal, state, and local leave laws and ADA regulations

Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with HRIS and leave management systems

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent related experience

Fluent in English required, Spanish fluency a plus

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $104,500 to $115,500 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
