Riverside Health System (RHS) is seeking a Practice Director to oversee the operations of multiple medical practices across our growing network. If you're a strategic healthcare leader with a passion for improving patient access, optimizing operations, and inspiring high-performing teams—this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

As a vital member of the leadership team, you’ll collaborate closely with executive leaders, physicians, and practice teams to drive growth, ensure clinical excellence, and deliver the Riverside Care Difference—a commitment to quality, safety, and exceptional service.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple practices and specialties
• Analyze performance metrics to enhance patient access, drive growth, and reduce costs
• Implement process improvements and standardize best practices across all sites
• Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic planning and system-wide initiatives
• Mentor practice leaders and foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and innovation
• Ensure compliance with policies and proactively manage quality and service audits
• Drive provider and staff satisfaction through clear communication and team development
• Lead access initiatives, template optimization, and scheduling efficiencies

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or related field (required)
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (required)
• 5+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting (required)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills
• Passion for healthcare excellence and patient-first operations
