Job Description
Propose solutions and IT alternatives to problems presented in special processes of production machines, with the priority of ensuring the quality of the products, as well as ensure correct application of the ITM directives, according to AS-NA and corporate policies.
- Driving digitalization and assuring stable production processes using MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions and following ITM policies.
- Conception and implementation of production IT equipment, IT solutions and enhanced features together with coordination of suppliers.
- Trouble shooting and fault elimination on Servers, PCs, Networks.
- Investigation of process data structures on stations and servers to identify anomalies and improvement potentials.
- Migrating production relevant IT systems and software applications to new architecture and versions.
- Design, facilitate and coordinate industry standard production line IT setups concerning machines, controls, networks, devices and continuously maintain integrations and changes on them.
- Maintain the security in the production according to the Bosch ITM regulations which affects PCs, servers, hardware and networks as concept definitions and physical implementation of such.
- Maintain and improve the MES in order to increase production efficiency and enable data analytics and AI projects.
- Align internationally on Industry 4.0 Projects and ensure these are fulfilled according to standards and Central Directives in collaboration with other departments.
- Ensure stable and efficient production processes by taking responsibility on applying technical skills and specific knowledge of IT solutions and database systems on fast response.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, IT Engineer, Engineering Systems, Mechatronics Engineer)
Expertise: approx. 3 years of experience in the above-described activities
