Nokia of America Corporation, Technical Leader (Multiple Positions), Bellevue, WA.
- Act as primary technical interface and technical escalation point within the assigned 5G portfolio and SRAN customer projects.
- Plan, initiate, and coordinate information technology projects and technical deliverables for the customer.
- Coordinate technical team of subject matter experts across design, development, testing and acceptance to ensure relevant standards are adhered to.
- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects and serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
- Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
- Perform technical risk analysis, planning, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and validate High-Level Design, Low Level Detailed Design for the customer network e2e architecture.
- Solve technical issues and coordinate with R&D engineers to implement software deployments.
- Provides measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of business strategies.
- Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert. #LI-DNI
Domestic travel up to 15% required
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 6 years of experience (of which 5 years must be post-bachelor’s, progressive). Or a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience with the following:
- Testing and verification of new 4G, 5G FDD, or TDD Radio access features;
- Supporting research and development solving technical issues and implementing software and mitigation strategies;
- Creating reports and recommendations from supporting analysis for implementation and mitigation strategies;
- Mobile Networks processes and architecture; and QXDM, wireshark, or iperf.
