About the role

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Perform a variety of administrative tasks, simple analyses, and correspondence. You will report to the Senior Director.

Primary Tasks:

1.       You will greet guests, answer incoming calls, take messages, and route.

2.       Manage calendar and office activities, schedule appointments/meetings and coordinate arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel.

3.       Manage departmental requisitions, timekeeping data, and other daily business affairs.

4.       Organize and expedite the flow of work through the department.

5.       You will prepare reports including gathering and summarizing data.

6.       Establish confidential files and records.

7.       Compose, type, and communicate letters and correspondence.

8.       Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements:

·         Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet

·         Excellent written and spoken communication skills

·         Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects

·         Two years’ progressive and comprehensive administrative support to a department-level manager
