Frontline Capability Lead 

Reports to: Senior Director, Talent Development 

Location: Preferred to be based in Charlotte, NC / Open to location

JOB SUMMARY 

This role develops and maintains the standards, frameworks, and learning solutions that enhance officer and supervisor effectiveness while ensuring consistent, scalable capability development aligned with business priorities. The role serves as the enterprise subject matter expert for frontline capability and enables execution through regional and operational teams while supporting national or multi-regional client specific facilitation needs as required. 

 SPECIFIC DUTIES 

• Design and maintain enterprise programs, playbooks, facilitator guides, learning pathways, and digital assets aligned to frontline capability. 
• Own enterprise design standards, learning architecture, and development frameworks for frontline and first line leader capability, including instructor led, virtual, blended, GCA / multi-regional client specific, and regulatory training solutions.  
• Own the design standards for GCA and multi-regional client specific frontline development to ensure alignment with enterprise capability expectations.  
• Enable scalable delivery through regional and operational teams while providing facilitation support for GCA, and multi-regional client specific frontline programs as needed.  
• Ensure frontline capability strategies support retention, client experience, workforce readiness, and operational performance.  
• Govern the lifecycle of frontline content in partnership with Digital Learning, including creation, maintenance, and retirement.  
• Establish quality assurance and measurement processes to evaluate program effectiveness, monitor field impact, and drive continuous improvement using performance data, client feedback, and operational insights. 

 Compensation & Benefits 

Depending on experience, Securitas will offer $85,000-$90,000 annually. You’ll also receive a great benefit package that includes:
