<p>As an&nbsp;<strong>Air Export Agent</strong>, you play a key role in the smooth handling of international air freight shipments. You coordinate export operations from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution. With a strong focus on quality and compliance, you translate regulations and procedures into efficient daily practices. Y</p><p>As an <strong>Air export agent </strong>you're responsible for the following tasks:</p><ul><li>Ensure<strong> smooth and timely freight process flow</strong></li><li>Ensure<strong> accurate and timely data entry</strong> into our operating system</li><li><strong>Track and trace Air export files</strong> as required</li><li><strong>Ensure timely delivery of freight</strong> to customers for export shipments</li><li><strong>Ensure arrival notices are communicated </strong>to overseas and customers</li><li><strong>Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing</strong>.</li><li>Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards</li><li>Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated</li><li>Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures</li><li>Keying of air import shipment according to the KPI s and customer's requirements.</li><li>Release files according to KPI and customer requirements in compliance with all rules and regulations</li><li>Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)</li></ul> <p>The <strong>Air Export Agent </strong>we're looking for has the following profile:</p><ul><li>2 <strong>years related experience</strong></li><li><strong>Bachelors degree</strong></li><li>Understanding of air documentation process is needed</li><li>Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results</li><li>Pro-active, strong organizational skills</li><li>Good computer skills (Excel, Word)</li><li>IATA certification (preferred)</li><li>Fluent in <strong>English and a good level of Dutch</strong></li><li>Eligible to work in Belgium</li></ul>
