<h2><b>Introduction Sentence</b></h2> <p>For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a</p> <h2><b>Your new job includes</b></h2> <p>As a Senior IT Service Manager (m/f/d) Business Solutions at our family-run company, you will ensure the high quality and reliability of our IT services as well as effective incident and problem management. <br/> In particular, you will</p> <ul> <li>monitor daily IT operations, optimize existing processes, develop and enhance service management</li> <li>ensure continuous monitoring of service performance, manage incidents and ensure the availability and reliability of IT services</li> <li>guarantee and coordinate smooth incident and problem management, including root cause analysis, minimizing business impact and ensuring timely resolution</li> <li>manage our (inter-)national external IT service providers and ensure compliance with SLAs</li> <li>collaborate with application managers and various IT teams (network, application support) to coordinate service delivery and resolve issues</li> </ul> <h2><b>Preferred Profile</b></h2> <ul> <li>A successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a similar field, along with extensive experience in IT service management and managing external IT service providers</li> <li>Broad technical all-round knowledge, basic knowledge of application and enterprise architectures and solid expertise in (agile) project management methods</li> <li>Excellent English and business-fluent German skills, both written and spoken</li> <li>Ability to analyze complex problems, find solutions and offer them</li> <li>You remain calm in critical situations and, through your strong communication skills and intercultural competence, find efficient solutions together with your interfaces</li> <li>You work customer-oriented and focus on the needs and requirements of your internal and external customers</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch.<br/>  </p> <h2><b>Closure</b></h2> <p>Are you interested?
