The eCommerce Manager, NA oversees daily DTC website operations, calls strategic plays, and coordinates cross-functional efforts to manage online sales growth. This role is accountable for North America’s DTC e-commerce performance, including meeting annual revenue targets and improving key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV). • Merchandising & Content Oversight: Ensure the online product catalog is optimized and up-to-date. Work with the eCommerce Specialists (and global teams) to coordinate timely product launches, accurate product data and pricing on the website. Optimize product content and data to create high-converting product detail pages and a consistent, engaging shopping experience.

  • User Experience & Conversion Optimization: Create and execute strategies to continually improve the on-site user experience and customer journey, with the goal of boosting conversion rates. Partner with the Digital Product team to test and launch new website features or A/B experiments.

  • Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key website metrics on a weekly and monthly basis (traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce rate, etc.). Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor site performance and customer behavior, identifying areas of concern or opportunity. Analyze data trends to generate actionable insights and propose tactics to improve key KPIs.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Digital Marketing, CRM, Inventory Planning, Operations, Creative, and Customer Service to synchronize eCommerce efforts with broader campaigns and initiatives. Coordinate with marketing and stock planning teams to ensure product availability for DTC. Address trading challenges in real time (e.g. sudden stock issues or spikes in demand) by liaising with relevant teams, so that we maximize sales opportunities and maintain a seamless customer experience.

  • SEO & Content Strategy Alignment: Develop and support North America-specific SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and enhance search rankings. Ensure that site content and ecommerce campaigns are aligned with global brand standards and messaging and collaborate with global eCommerce counterparts to maintain consistency across regions.
