Senior Indirect Tax Analyst

Figma’s tax team is growing and we are looking for a Senior Indirect Tax Analyst, who will play a pivotal role in creating tangible value to Figma’s business. As a Senior Indirect Tax Analyst, you’ll be a key member of the tax team responsible for a range of activities relating to indirect tax for the company globally.

What you’ll do at Figma:

• Preparing monthly US and international indirect tax compliance workpaper and return, including, but not limited to, sales and use tax, VAT/GST, gross receipt tax, and property tax
• Coordinate with external advisors and tax authorities on data request for compliance and tax issues/audit
• Performing monthly tax account reconciliations
• Assist in reviewing tax registration threshold and preparing registration application
• Work cross functionally with billing, support, and engineering team to answer indirect tax questions and requests from customers

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• At least 4+ years of experience in US and International indirect taxes, including sales and use tax, VAT/GST, and gross receipt tax
• Strong excel skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize deadlines
• Strong time and project management skill

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

• Experience working for a high growth SaaS company

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.  

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.

Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub):$119,000—$210,000 USD
