Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Provide weekly coaching and support for the Success Coaches on your team through regular phone conversations and other forms of communications.
Make certain regular and meaningful communications are occurring between coaches and their students, to include reviewing or listening to live calls, follow up coaching, and corrective action if needed.
Reinforce positive results through recognition, and support teamwork and camaraderie among the team.
Solve escalated issues, helping students as needed and providing clear guidance for all parties involved.
Use reports effectively to improve student success and team productivity.
Provide positive leadership for changes and testing new approaches.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
