Qualifications for Home Health Aides- PCA:

• Minimum one year of work experience in caregiving
• pass background

Job Responsibilities for Home Health Aides / PCA's:

• Activities of daily living/ Med Assist
• Bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
