Celestar Corporation is seeking a Junior Knowledge Manager (OBI) to support The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. The primary place of performance will be at DIA Facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR). Responsibilities:
This opportunity will support multiple DIA initiatives, including the Machine-Assisted Rapid-Repository System (MARS), Object Management Services (OMS), and Object-Based Intelligence (OBI).
· The Junior Knowledge Manager, Object Based Intelligence (OBI), Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
· Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
· Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.
· Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
· Design and develop a user-friendly interface for the deliverables and documentation, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility for all users.
· Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure the ontologies meet the needs of the OBI practitioners.
· Develop workflows for document and information sharing, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders have access to the information they need.
· Collaborate with team members to identify and document business processes and develop workflows to support these processes.
· Develop a document management system, including features such as document upload, search, and retrieval.
· Ensure that all documents are properly stored, retrievable, and version-controlled.
· Develop an API for integration with other systems, including project management tools and customer relationship management tools.
