Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Nursing Services Department
• Develop and oversee resident care plans and assessments
• Supervise, mentor, and support the nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards
• Manage clinical budget, including staffing, supplies, and equipment
• Act quickly and effectively in emergency situations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership
• Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (State of Oregon)
• BSN preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of nurse leadership experience, preferably in a skilled nursing setting (hospital experience will be considered)
• Strong knowledge of long-term care, rehabilitative and restorative nursing
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
