About the role

Your Tasks

The final maintained the product vision, road map and strategy for the corporate data model
Align the corporate data model with business objectives, analytics goals, and enterprise data strategies
Prioritise features and enhancements based on business impact, user feedback and technical feasibility
Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, analytics teams and technical engineering teams
Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continually improve the corporate data model
Work closely with data architects and engineers to ensure the corporate data model is robust, scalable and well documented
In short, the data model supports key use cases including reporting, analytics and data science
Champion data governance practises including standardisation, quality and compliance
Manage and prioritise the product Backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

Your Profile

Strong understanding of data modelling principles including relational, dimensional an entity relationship modelling
Experience working with modern analytics platform, data warehouses and data integration tools
Familiarity with data governance frameworks, metadata management, and master data management concepts
Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data engineering workflows
Proven experience in product ownership or similar roles managing the lifecycle of data and analytics products
Strong skills in backload prioritisation, roadmap planning and requirement gathering
Ability to lead cross functional teams and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
Strong problem solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights and value
Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
