As a Talent Partner within Moderna’s Global Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in helping shape the workforce that drives Moderna’s enterprise and business operations across EMEA and APAC. You will act as a trusted advisor and hands-on full-cycle recruiter, ensuring that the best talent is attracted, engaged, and hired to support Moderna’s rapid growth. This role requires exceptional agility, market knowledge, and a passion for talent, while keeping the candidate experience at the forefront. You will have the opportunity to leverage advanced AI-powered sourcing tools, collaborate closely with global colleagues, and help strengthen Moderna’s employer brand in Poland. Based in Warsaw, this position will focus on delivering recruitment excellence while supporting Moderna’s mission to transform medicine through mRNA technology.
Here’s What You’ll Do
Your key responsibilities will be:
Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across EMEA and APAC, from requisition creation to candidate onboarding.
Manage 20 or more requisitions at a time, adjusting based on business priorities.
Partner and advise hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies, define job requirements, and provide market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Source and attract top talent across key business functions, using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered sourcing tools, and other creative strategies.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience, driving high engagement throughout the process.
Utilize recruitment data to inform hiring decisions, improve efficiency, and drive diversity hiring efforts.
Collaborate with global TA partners to maintain consistency while localizing recruitment strategies for Poland.
Stay up to date on Poland’s labor laws, hiring trends, and candidate expectations to improve Moderna’s employer brand in the region.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, Psychology, or related field) or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment (biotech/pharma, tech, or consulting preferred).
Deep knowledge of the talent market and recruitment best practices.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise business leaders.
Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred), CRM tools, and sourcing technologies.
Data-driven mindset, able to use analytics to drive hiring strategies.
Fluency in English and Polish required.
