Now we need a growth-focused product leader who can drive unprecedented adoption, engagement, and retention across our user base. The success of this role will directly impact our ability to transition customers to our next-generation AI experiences and establish ZoomInfo as the essential daily workflow for every sales professional.

Mission

Lead the product strategy and execution for ZoomInfo's next-generation go-to-market expansion products, driving the development of AI-native solutions that unlock new revenue streams and market opportunities across the entire GTM ecosystem. This role will spearhead the creation and scaling of breakthrough products that extend ZoomInfo's platform beyond traditional boundaries, with responsibility for identifying, validating, and commercializing new product lines that serve the evolving needs of revenue teams across sales, marketing, and customer success organizations.

The Opportunity

As Director of Product Management for our emerging AI products, you'll lead 3-4 product managers pioneering new market opportunities that extend ZoomInfo's reach across the entire revenue ecosystem. You'll drive the creation and scaling of breakthrough AI-native products that unlock new buyer centers and use cases, leveraging our unmatched proprietary B2B data assets to solve emerging challenges in go-to-market execution.

What You’ll Do:

Market Expansion & Product Innovation

  • Define and execute the product strategy for new GTM expansion opportunities, identifying and validating adjacent markets, buyer personas, and use cases that extend beyond traditional sales intelligence
  • Lead the discovery and development of breakthrough products that address unmet needs across the revenue organization, from revenue operations and enablement to customer success and executive leadership
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, partnering with sales and marketing to design adoption motions that accelerate penetration within existing accounts
  • Develop and validate new business models and monetization strategies that unlock incremental expansion revenue while maintaining product-market fit

Commercial Impact & Performance

  • Own and optimize critical business metrics including new product revenue contribution, cross-sell attach rates, account expansion, and net revenue retention
  • Build comprehensive measurement frameworks to track product-market fit, adoption velocity, and expansion potential across new product initiatives
  • Implement rigorous validation processes to rapidly test and iterate on new product concepts, ensuring resource allocation toward highest-impact opportunities
  • Partner with finance and strategy teams to model market sizing, revenue potential, and investment requirements for new product lines

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a team of 3-4 product managers focused on growth initiatives
  • Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, data-driven decision making, and customer obsession
  • Develop strong partnerships with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM organizations
  • Mentor and develop product talent with a focus on growth and optimization skills

User Experience Excellence

  • Champion user-centric design principles to create simple, intuitive experiences from complex capabilities
  • Lead user research initiatives to deeply understand user behavior, motivations, and friction points
  • Drive the simplification of our product experience, making powerful features accessible to all users
  • Ensure our product delivers consumer-grade experiences in an enterprise context

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of product management experience, with at least 3-4 years focused on growth, funnel optimization, or user engagement
  • 2+ years of experience
