These positions require shift work and ability to work overtime when needed.</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do:</b></p><ul><li>Perform daily standard work and perform complex operations successfully.</li><li>Read and interpret process sheets. Able to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment to continue processing production material. Clock labor in Solumina. Perform Daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and document results. Be a resource of knowledge and problem solving for others in the <span>area.  Keep</span> equipment and work area clean (6S). Adhere to standard work and all work instructions while performing tasks. Maintain acceptable quality levels on routine and/or complex operations. Must be able to run all equipment in the entire work loop and produce product at rate in multiple cells per standard work. Train (through shadowing) other operators to perform work tasks. (Level II or III) The person in this position will frequently move about the machine line to operate various manufacturing equipment (approximately 90% of the time). Transport product and/or equipment weighing up to 10 pounds.</li><li>Demonstrate and maintain effective leadership skills. Exhibits consistent skill and positive attitude towards their job while demonstrating the highest degree of quality and productivity. Identify and correct basic to moderately difficult operational issues. Ability to correctly identify the root cause of operating problems. May be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this position in support of department objectives and to develop one’s skills.
