POSITION SUMMARY

Join SGK’s Metal Deco Innovation Center in East Butler, PA, as an Associate Project Manager and play a key role in bringing innovative packaging projects to life. In this role, you’ll help plan, coordinate, and execute small-scale projects—making sure they’re delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. You’ll gather requirements, develop project plans, confirm cost structures, and keep projects on track, all while working closely with cross-functional teams, departments, and clients. You’ll also have the chance to support senior team members on larger-scale initiatives, giving you valuable exposure and growth opportunities.

At our Metal Deco Innovation Center, creativity and precision engineering come together in a unique way. Our team specializes in metal deco printing—a process unlike traditional flat-surface printing—where designs are printed directly onto pre-formed cylindrical cans. This work demands an expert eye for detail and strong knowledge of color trapping to deliver crisp, vibrant results every time.
