Registered Nurse RN NICU

Banner Staffing Services (BSS) offers Registry/Per Diem opportunities within Banner Health. Registry/Per Diem positions are utilized as needed within our facilities. These positions are great way to start your career with Banner Health. Banner Children's Hospital at Desert NICU is a 76- bed unit divided into our high acuity ICU patients and our lower acuity patients. Our ICU side is an open pod layout with six beds per pod. Our CCN (lower acuity) side are all private rooms allowing parents space to room in and learn how to care for their baby before going home. We have a diverse population of patients that include micropremies, neuro patients, cardiac anomalies, surgical patients, ECMO and whole body cooling. We have a family centered care model with an interdisciplinary team approach. Our care includes 24-hour Neonatology coverage, development therapists, Nutritionists, PT/OT and SLP and lactation

*Qualified candidates must have prior RN NICU experience*  

This is an assignment based position that will require 2 shifts per week and will be apart of the weekend and holiday rotation.

Registry/Per Diem positions do not have guaranteed hours and no medical benefits package is offered. Completion of post-offer Occupational Health physical assessment, drug screen and background check (includes employment, criminal and education) is required.
