The work:
- The key technical expert responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive MicroStrategy solutions for our clients.
- You will work closely with clients, understanding their strategic objectives, and architecting robust, scalable, and innovative MicroStrategy solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and translate them into MicroStrategy architectural designs.
- Extensive experience in designing end-to-end MicroStrategy solutions, including data models, reports, dashboards, and ETL processes, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Lead a team of developers, providing architectural guidance, technical oversight, and mentoring to ensure the successful implementation of MicroStrategy solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend MicroStrategy tools and technologies to optimize solution performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate MicroStrategy solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in MicroStrategy best practices, emerging trends, and innovative approaches to business intelligence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct solution reviews, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
- 7+ years experience in designing and implementing complex MicroStrategy solutions, including data modeling, report, and dashboard development.
- Proven track record as a Solutions Architect, leading the design and implementation of end-to-end MicroStrategy solutions.
- Expert proficiency in MicroStrategy tools and technologies, including MicroStrategy Web, Mobile, Report Services, and Intelligent Cubes.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and integration methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of developers.

- MicroStrategy certifications, such as MicroStrategy Certified Solutions Architect

California: $95,600 - $178,600
Colorado: $95,600 - $154,300
New York: $88,600 - $178,600
Washington: $101,900 - $164,400
