This is your chance to join the People & Culture (P&C) team enabling Global Operations in Denmark as well as the broader Danish P&C community. Global Operations in Denmark takes care of a variety of crucial functions to produce products to help people with intimate healthcare needs:
- Quality, Regulatory and Sustainability
- Standardisation, Digitalisation and Project Management
- Supply Chain
- Procurement
- Engineering
You will take lead in enabling several of these functions as their Senior P&C partner.

You will be part of a team of dedicated and skilled P&C colleagues all working with the same mission: Enabling Global Operations producing products that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. As people partners, we work across the different functions, from senior leadership to interns, and from strategic direction setting to everyday HR administration - all supported by app. 30 other great P&C colleagues in Denmark and global colleagues at our volume manufacturing sites in Hungary, China, Costa Rica and soon to be Portugal.

Become the Senior P&C partner for Global Operations in Denmark
You will be the “go-to-person” and owner of all people & culture related elements across several functions in Global Operations.
Your tasks will be to:
- Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to your management teams through both strategy development and day-to-day support
- Function as a change management agent, supporting managers with change management processes involved in the rollout of new initiatives both in Global Operations and across HQ
- Enable leaders, and leadership, through individual coaching and team development
- Support and guide hiring managers with recruitment processes from A-Z. You will primarily be involved in recruitments of highly specialized employees e.g. Principal Specialists, Senior Project Managers and People Managers as you will also have support from our highly skilled recruitment team in HQ
- Enable leaders to build culture in their respective teams / functions
- Manage people cycle processes, e.g. onboarding of managers and driving performance and development processes as well as people surveys and results
- Engage in and drive functional specific people development activities, eg. organisational reviews.
