YOUR TASKS

• You are the direct contact for key account customers across Europe and support them in the implementation of system solutions.
• You develop and implement a Europe-wide standard for quotations and the execution of systems and turn-key solutions.
• You develop internal tools for system solutions to make processes more efficient across the EU.
• You establish an internal quality system and ensure that the highest standards are maintained in our system solutions.
• You drive the development of new system functions and products to continuously expand our portfolio.
• You optimize the sales processes between companies for system components.
• You train and further develop our employees with a clear focus on system solutions.

 

YOUR PROFILE

• You have solid theoretical and practical knowledge in refrigeration technology (Mechanical Engineering - HTL or TU, or Refrigeration Technology - FH).
• You have experience with CO2 remote and semi-plug-in systems and are familiar with both planning and execution.
• Technical sales and customer support are your strengths, and you bring practical experience in this field. You are also willing to travel up to 30%.
• You are fluent in both German and English, particularly in technical contexts.
• Project management and the ability to accurately specify technical requirements are part of your skill set.
• Negotiation skills and a proactive work style define you.
• Assertiveness, market knowledge, and SAP skills are part of your abilities.
• Intercultural experiences and communication skills round out your profile.

For this position we pay an annual gross salary of at least € 80.000.--. We will agree your actual salary in a personal interview.
