We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to add to our team! All you need is a current Kansas Registered Nurse license. We will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a Registered Nurse
As a Registered Nurse with Pathway Family Services, you will work with children and their families to help ensure that upon discharge children can safely thrive in their home environments. At Pathways, our Registered Nurse provides medical assistance and completes multiple tasks each day ranging from providing all manner of medications to assessing minor injuries to requesting emergency services. The Nursing staff help teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families among other things, and set the example for the children we serve. The Nurses work as part of a team to access resources, plan, and advocate for the children in our care.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, who wants to help families build on their strengths for healthy long-lasting relationships and help connect them with community resources to improve their lives. We want someone who has a desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy families and a strong desire to advocate for children and their families!
