We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about building relationships and driving sales, this is your chance to make a significant impact!

Your Role:

As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for:

• Driving profitable revenue by renting and selling new and used ag and construction equipment.
• Cultivating strong customer relationships within your assigned territory.
• Utilizing our CRM database and market insights to prioritize your sales activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of proven success in Inside or Outside Sales, preferably in agriculture or construction equipment.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, self-motivation, and effective time management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.

Work Environment:

• Office (20%) and field (80%) work, with exposure to various weather conditions.
• Local day travel is routine, with occasional overnight trips.
