<p><span><strong><span>Your area of work</span> </strong></span><br/><span><span>As an Intern in the Corporate System section, you will be actively taking part in our process, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all, challenging tasks in a multi-cultural environment. As an intern in this position, you will be a member of the Corporate IT department, consisting of more than 500 employees across 5 locations. You will be working in the Customer Care &amp; Financial Core Section, the largest section with colleagues from various countries around the world. You can gain insight into the vast scope of this section including Master Data Management, Finance, Billing, Treasury, Customer Relationship Management and some of the latest IT trends; Cloud, Automation, Machine learning. This internship gives the opportunity to support an end-to-end development lifecycle.</span><span> </span><span> </span><span> </span> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>Your responsibilities:</span> </strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>You support project teams and their related activities, such as conducting research, documenting findings, performing data analysis, contributing to system configuration, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks</span></li> <li><span>You provide various reports both periodically and on an ad-hoc basis, and help with the administration and coordination of the project</span></li> <li><span>You have basic knowledge of at least one programming language</span></li> <li><span>You offer light technical support and have direct experience with modern technologies like SAP systems, GitHub, and JIRA</span></li> <li><span>You support the Sections Test Concept, including approach development, test case creation, and planning. You also assist in release management and help bring developments live, gaining valuable experience in Quality Assurance Management</span></li> </ul> <p><span><span> </span><span> </span></span></p> <p><span><strong><span>Your profile:</span></strong> </span></p> <ul> <li><span>You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, or you have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent within the last six months</span></li> <li><span>You have excellent verbal and written communication skills</span></li> <li><span>You are self-motivated, well-organized, eager to contribute to any project, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously</span></li> <li><span>You possess strong analytical skills, including basic knowledge of technology systems, and are experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Jira.
