Regional Vision Lead

We are currently seeking a Regional Vision Lead to provide training guidance in all aspects of the vision line of business and to provide expertise in the efficient set up of new practices. This position includes 50-75% travel.

This position will be at-will, meaning either the employer or the employee may terminate the employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.

Pay range: $52,000-$58,000/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Advise, teach, and train on best practices for efficient patient workflow
• Create, foster, and maintain relationships that promote quality patient care
• Assist in creating vision training materials
• Support outreach events as needed
• Communicate and train on Hero’s Virtuous Cycle.
• Integrate with ECW team to support during conversations and roll-outs
• Assist in the training for new practices/teams in all vision positions and tasks
• Educate teams on clinical supply ordering
• Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

Job Qualifications

• At least one year of previous experience in a vision environment
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Positive and outgoing demeanor and leadership experience
• Proficiency with EHR systems
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
