Production Trainer
As a Production Trainer, you play a pivotal role in our production team, ensuring the effective training and development of operators. Beyond technical proficiency, we value individuals with strong communication, adaptability, leadership, problem-solving, patience, empathy, time management, team collaboration, and assessment and feedback skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual inspections and assemble parts in accordance with quality specifications, identifying and addressing critical defects.
- Ensure accuracy in product packaging, traceability, and part count, including label generation and correct container labeling.
- Operate and maintain production auxiliary equipment with a commitment to safety precautions.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation, adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with Production leadership regarding unacceptable parts and production process malfunctions.
- Checks apart counts by weighing and ensuring that scale(s) are set for accuracy.
- Follows all applicable SOPs, GMPs, and DOIs.
- Contributes to continuous process improvement efforts to reduce scrap, cycle times, improve efficiency, and eliminate waste.
- Provide a “Customer Service” attitude when interacting with internal and external customers while accomplishing work, production, and achieving quality standards.
- Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions, and safety rules.
- Always comply with company safety and quality policies.
- Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance.
- May be required to work mandatory overtime and/or irregular hours and/or on irregular days to complete assignments and meet business needs.
Training Responsibilities:
- Coordinate hands-on training activities with Production Leads and Shift Supervisors using various electronic learning management systems.
- Mentor and train new operators in production procedures and work assignments.
- Ensure operators understand and follow production procedures, SOPs, WIKIs, and MQCs daily.
- Perform training within production as needed and initiate training packages for on-the-job training.
- Coordinate with other departments to address training needs.
- Identify and resolve potential safety hazards.
- Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions, and safety rules.
- Exhibit simple computer skills.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Experience in manufacturing as a competent operator/inspector
