Sr. Financial Engineer - IMTC ID 1305

We are looking for Financial Engineer  Base in LATAM to work remotely on a project for one of our Clients in the US.

Project Description

Cloud Native Platform based on azure, that manages boards, sales organization, data implementation, data validation, for several financial institutions like banks, stocks, investors, etc. Several clients are working on the same platform but never with the same system.

 

Responsibilities

• Analyze fixed income instruments to determine appropriate calculations.
• Setup data, in C#, so our commercial Fixed Income calculation engine can provide desired data points.
• Run analysis on outcome and compare to known data providers using Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Write documentation on the assumptions going into the calculations.
• Discuss FI details with business consultants to provide best possible calculation outcome

 

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Fixed Income analysis
• Experience with using Python for data analysis
• Experience with C#
• Good English skills
• Team player, etc.

 

Additional Information

• With regards to C# experience the only requirement is that the candidate is able to read and write simple C# code.
• The functional requirement is to be able to create meaningful data structures representing the specific fixed income instrument.
• THIS POSITION IS 80% FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE AND 20% CODING EXPERIENCE.
