Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring supplied materials, components, and assembles meet quality standards and support optimal factory performance. This role involves working closely with suppliers, procurement, and manufacturing teams to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues that affect production efficiency, product reliability, and customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
Facilitate open communication and alignment between supplier and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Organize and lead regular supplier collaboration meetings to review quality concerns, performance metrics, and improvement plans.
Collaborate with suppliers to drive supplier corrective and preventative actions.
Monitor and verify effectiveness of corrective actions through audits and performance tracking.
Support production teams by troubleshooting incoming material issues to minimize line disruptions.
Maintain an accurate records of supplier quality issues, investigations, and resolutions.
Develop and conduct audit processes for incoming material.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyze non-conformance data to identify trends and recurring supplier problems.
Participate in and offer technical support to internal and external audits
What you will have:
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Working knowledge of the concepts, principles and techniques of root cause analysis (RCA); ability to use a structured approach to identify the causes of undesirable consequences in a manufacturing environment and the changes needed to prevent recurrences.
Quality Management: Working knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
Collaborating: Basic understanding and knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
