The Role: Customer Service Representative

 

Landsberg Orora is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Our Customer Service Representatives are a key link between our customers and Sales Representatives ensuring the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction.  A passion to provide service and solve problems with strong communication skills is essential.

• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

 

 

What You’ll be Responsible For in this Role

 

• Provide information on a variety of product inquiries regarding price, availability, delivery options, and schedules.
• Enter orders into our system and update Our ERP on materials, customers and vendors to ensure order accuracy and completeness
• Provide informational updates and reports to customers and Sales Representatives on a variety of issues
• Handle customer problems that appear to arise from the use of the product
• Handle requests for replacing and picking up defective product
• Provide expertise in solving customer problems with any and all internal departments, including other divisions
• Work collaboratively with team members from cross functional departments to ensure the on-time delivery of product, the accurate invoicing of shipments, and the appropriate service billing for both internal and external customers.
• Be able to provide if necessary AOR coverage to fellow team members as needed. Including but limited to being on-site for consecutive days.
