Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for executing and optimizing Mainspring’s digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms to support brand awareness, census growth, and service-line expansion. This role works closely with leadership, internal teams, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid advertising platforms
- Manage and update website content, landing pages, and basic SEO to support admissions and business development goals
- Manage and execute social media strategy for Mainspring and designated key staff, ensuring consistent brand voice and professional presence
- Create, schedule, and monitor social media content aligned with compliance standards and campaign objectives
- Travel to Mainspring sites on a quarterly basis to support marketing initiatives, capture content, and collaborate with onsite leadership
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI) and provide actionable insights
- Work collaboratively with outside vendors, agencies, designers, and consultants to execute marketing projects and campaigns
- Support marketing needs for multiple service lines, locations, and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with business development, admissions, and clinical leadership to ensure messaging accuracy and alignment
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and organizational announcements
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices within healthcare and behavioral health
Minimum Qualifications
Education / Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or analytics a plus
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or highly regulated industries preferred
Knowledge / Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, email, web, paid ads)
- Experience managing professional or executive-level social media accounts
- Working knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external vendors
