Key Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and process applications
• Showcase and maintain model apartments
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Coordinate marketing, outreach, and social media efforts
• Maintain accurate resident/property files
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Leasing experience preferred; sales or customer service required
• Bilingual a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience a bonus
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills, positive attitude
• Ability to walk the property regularly and lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability on Saturdays required
