The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a driven and experienced sales professional to join our team and capitalize on OrthoFi’s vast market potential. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and are ready to make an impact from day one, we want to hear from you. In this role, you’ll build and manage a pipeline of leads, working to close new accounts within an addressable market of approximately 10,000 U.S. orthodontic practices.
Success in this position requires a deep understanding of our product and the ability to effectively communicate its financial and operational benefits to orthodontic practices. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
What You Will Do:
- Drive top-line revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets within assigned accounts.
- Engage key decision-makers, from executives to C-level, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team.
- Effectively manage both outbound and inbound sales efforts, building a strong pipeline of new customers.
- Utilize a strategic sales approach to understand customer needs and develop solutions that align with their business goals.
- Accurately forecast monthly sales and track progress against objectives.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, to drive engagement and conversions.
- Continuously refine sales strategies by evaluating past presentations and providing feedback on messaging and materials.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets while fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, sharing insights on customer expectations to support marketing, product, and operational initiatives.
- Identify and communicate service opportunities to grow key accounts.
- Adhere to company policies, including administrative tasks such as travel and expense reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the onboarding and account management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records to track pipeline activity and customer interactions.
