Automation Specialist

Role
The Automations Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation campaigns across Five9, n8n, and Go High Level. This role ensures seamless integrations, ongoing support, and proactive innovation to optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure campaigns within Five9 for multiple centers.
• Develop n8n automations to sync Five9 with Go High Level.
• Troubleshoot, support, and maintain automations for reliability and uptime.
• Monitor automation performance and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to identify automation needs.
• Document processes, workflows, and automation logic for scalability.
• Proactively research and implement new tools, integrations, and enhancements.

Results

• Error-Free Campaigns: All Five9 campaigns are built accurately, tested, and running with minimal downtime.
• Seamless Integrations: Five9 and Go High Level remain reliably synced through stable n8n automations.
• Rapid Troubleshooting: Automation issues are resolved quickly, with root causes documented and prevented from recurring.
• Performance Gains: Automations consistently save time, reduce errors, and improve efficiency across centers.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Five9 campaign setup and management.
• Proficiency in n8n (or comparable automation platforms).
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Excellent problem-solving skills in ambiguous or unclear situations.
• Highly tech-savvy with fast learning of new tools and systems.
• Track record of proactive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills for documenting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
