Location
NHQPurpose
- Timely manages all driving records, including driver information input, point’s analysis, jurisdiction codes and problem solving in SAP company cars.
- Develops and utilizes various ad hoc reports to monitor, control, track and resolve accuracy/time sensitive issues at NHQ and Regional locations.
- Acts as a liaison for HMA, Legal, Human Resources, Vehicle Administration and other departments as needed.
- Supports the Sr. Manager with various initiatives, projects, reporting, trouble shooting, policy and procedure recommendations, and audits.
Major Responsibilities
- Prepare HMC insurance request.
- Provides and sets up AOM (Automobile Operating Manual) training for our employees and affiliates.
- Provides AOM training to new Department Car Administrators, Regional Distribution members, and HMA Legal.
- Assist Legal and VA management with AOM reviews and revisions.
- Reviewing and entering points for accidents/incidents.
- Creates driving related disciplinary letters and supports VA management when they conduct confidential/sensitive online counseling meetings with drivers.
Major Responsibilities (continued)
- Answers phone and email inquiries from customers in a timely manner.
- Coordinates and conducts company car physical inventory every two years on a specific Saturday
- Assist with Vehicle Administration tasks in relation to company cars
Authority
- This is a support position, focused on delivering day to day tasks and analyses with a degree of autonomy while receiving general instructions and supervision.
- Exercise of discretion and independent judgment directly related to significant management and/or general business operations is not required.
Education
~ Must be a high school graduate~ Bachelor’s degree required.Related Experience
- At least two to four years of work experience directly related to customer service.
Skills/Knowledge
- DMV Regulation and Title experience desired.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask.
Certification
- Approved/Cleared DMV driving record.
