Join us as a Contract Demand Marketer focusing on Paid Social, and become an essential part of our awesome Digital Marketing Team. Excited? Then our contract-based Paid Social position is your playground! Here's what you'll be up to:

• Manage day-to-day activities across Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and assist with YouTube Ads, MSAN, Pandora and more
• Optimize, maintain, and scale paid acquisition campaigns while maintaining efficiency metrics
• Create, prioritize, and implement testing across campaigns to continually improve account performance
• Analyze performance metrics across multiple systems and build actionable insights to not only grow lead and MQL volume but also meet revenue goals 
• Collaborate with the marketing operations team and data analysts to improve tracking, reporting, and marketing processes
• Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to build cohesive campaigns across groups
• Communicate ideas, tests, results, and KPIs to the demand generation team as well as to management

What You Need to Get the Job Done

• You have at least 3+ years of experience managing and scaling successful B2B Paid Social campaigns (specifically on LinkedIn)
• You’re a literal pro at managing ad spends of at least $100K/month
• You have a track record of successfully growing paid social campaigns while maintaining ROI
• Excel is your bread and butter and you know how to create and manipulate advanced reports
• You have a strong analytical mindset and can effectively prioritize time based on the biggest potential yield and impact
• You’re an effective, consistent, and reliable collaborator and communicator (both verbally and through writing)
• You’re a creative problem solver and can think out of the proverbial box to come up with new and innovative ways to problem-solve
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO collaboration

What Will Make Us REALLY Love You

• You have experience working with the specific tools and software our team uses (Tableau, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
• You have a relevant college degree or equivalent Paid Social experience
• You challenge what is believed to be possible for scaling Paid Social (our goals are large, but we'd love your goals to be even larger!)
