This position serves as the primary on-site leader responsible for overall contract execution, mission continuity, and the daily direction of enterprise IT operations. The Senior Project Manager will oversee technical and administrative functions supporting a Network Operations and Security Center, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and coordination across the program.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the on-site lead responsible for overall contract execution, mission continuity, and daily operations.</li> <li>Manage staffing, workload prioritization, task assignment, and performance tracking for all contract personnel.</li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact and liaison with government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).</li> <li>Oversee all DIACAP and Risk Management Framework (RMF) certification activities and ensure program deliverables meet compliance and quality standards.</li> <li>Direct enterprise network and cybersecurity operations, ensuring consistent adherence to established SLAs and DoD policies.</li> <li>Support process improvement and standardization efforts across project management and operational functions.</li> <li>Provide strategic guidance to leadership and technical staff to maintain mission readiness and ensure successful contract performance.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver reports, metrics, and documentation to government stakeholders as required.</li> </ul> <p>&am
