Senior Procurment Specialist

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

 

• University degree preferably in Logistics, Business or similar;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience within logistics and supply chain management with a pronounced high level of numeracy;
• Familiar to Supply Chain IT processes with knowledge of preferably Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP R/3 (preferably MM / SD / APO process) and MS Office; 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language / skills in German language appreciated; 
• Strong interpersonal skills in communication & cooperation to establish good relationship with suppliers; 
• Process orientation, innovative and able to work effectively across different cultures; 
• Ability for independent working under tight schedule; 
• Travel may be required.

 

This is how you WOW: 

 

• Procurement Management; 
• Determination and controlling of stock targets for finished goods (machines/accessories/spare parts); 
• Calculation of production demands with Kinaxis Rapid Response; 
• Communication and coordination with factory / suppliers to ensure availability and process improvement; 
• Determination and organization of direct shipments ex factory / suppliers to subsidiaries and Regional Distribution Centers;
