Global Travel (GT) is one of the most dynamic markets in which Diageo operates with over 1.9 Billion consumers traveling internationally per year from every corner of the Earth. With our market HQ in London we operate across 19 different countries and have over 29 different nationalities amongst our team. Our unique channels include ‘Duty Free’ sales in travel retail through airport shops, border shops, on-board airplanes, cruises and international ferries.
We are transforming how Diageo engages travellers at the point of purchase in GT. We have exciting brand ambitions to continue to lead the industry with Johnnie Walker (GT's #1 Alcohol brand by sales), and by globalising tequila (GT's #1 Tequila brand is now Don Julio)and grow our iconic brands in Gin, Rum and Malt Whisky.
In such a dynamic environment where consumers' ability to travel is constantly evolving we need an agile project manager and creative thinker who balances great design with commercial reality and brand priorities to grow Diageo’s and our customer’s businesses.

Key Outcomes
Deliver our retail transformation plan in Global Travel Retail to ensure Diageo brands are the most visible and engaging in the channel.
Proactively manage retail development CAPEX budget and conduct critical analysis for key activities to ensure value maximization for Diageo.
Transform Diageo's luxury brand presence in Global Travel Retail to help build luxury brands ahead of the competition.
Integrate our physical spaces with our brand ambassadors to create amazing, seamless shopper experiences across Global Travel Retail.
Partner with the Brand Manager to develop iconic permanent retail installation designs for Diageo brands.
Functional Capabilities
Excellent project management, design and stakeholder management skills.
High resilience & positive attitude – able to build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a cross-functional remote team.
Problem solver & solution-based team player who can deal with ambiguity & adapt quickly.
High attention to detail.
Proven track record of delivering winning retail concepts at point of purchase that win market share and grow brands.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail design and implementation in luxury branded environments across multiple channels and markets.
Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively internally and externally with good influential and negotiation skills.
Evidence of working comfortably in a highly ambiguous environment at pace, balancing multiple projects and stakeholders is a major plus.
