The Opportunity
CACI is seeking Target Analyst Reports (TARs) to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions.

As a TAR, you will be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT analysis and reporting talents and expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security. Final labor category is determined by years of operational experience + education level.

Responsibilities:

  • Turn complex intelligence into mission-critical insights. Research, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple intelligence sources to produce high-impact intelligence products that directly support national security missions across Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Information Assurance (IA), and Computer Network Operations (CNO).

  • Drive informed operational decisions. Evaluate and prioritize intelligence from passive and active collection, network analysis, and a wide range of multi-source intelligence—including IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and other collateral reporting—to deliver timely, actionable intelligence that enables Government leaders to make confident, mission-critical decisions.

  • Transform data into operational advantage. Integrate technical analysis with all-source intelligence to identify trends, assess emerging threats, and produce clear, concise reporting that advances customer objectives and supports real-world operations.

  • Collaborate with elite mission partners. Work alongside intelligence professionals, analysts, and operators to deliver accurate, high-quality intelligence products that address evolving Intelligence Community priorities and operational requirements.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.

  • Experience producing intelligence reporting that delivers timely, accurate, and actionable insights in support of Intelligence Community or Department of Defense missions.

  • Ability to partner with analysts, collectors, and mission stakeholders to understand evolving intelligence priorities, refine collection requirements, and ensure reporting addresses operational needs.

  • Experience developing and disseminating intelligence products that communicate emerging threats, trends, indicators, warnings, and target-specific assessments while enabling informed operational decisions.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain target knowledge, including developing databases, analytical tools, or working aids that improve collection efforts and enhance mission effectiveness.

  • Experience performing quality assurance and pre-publication reviews to ensure intelligence products meet established tradecraft, reporting, and accuracy standards.

  • Hands-on experience with SIGINT analysis and SIGINT reporting tools, with the ability to transform complex technical information into clear, customer-focused intelligence.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns and operational insights.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective partnerships across multidisciplinary mission teams in fast-paced operational environments.
