POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Associate, Broker will assist with the development of business opportunities by generating leads, cultivating prospect/client relationships, and managing and closing commercial real estate transactions.

This position demands a strong drive for success, a strong work ethic and a clear ambition for growth in the commercial real estate industry. Reporting to senior leaders, this role offers hands-on access and involvement in all aspects of client origination, deal evaluation, negotiation and strategic planning.

POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking and warm-lead follow-up.

  • Conduct discovery conversation to assess prospect/client needs and develop tailored real estate solutions

  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders to prepare compelling new business proposals and presentations.

  • Compile and deliver relevant research including summary reports, property maps, status updates and industry-specific pieces.

  • Gain expertise in market trends, and financial analysis to support informed decision-making.

  • Accompany clients on property tours, highlighting key features, lease terms and market insights.

  • Develop a meaningful network of decision-makers

  • Leverage CRM capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor’s degree with emphasis in real estate, accounting, finance or related field.

  • A real estate license within state and maintained in good standing throughout employment.

  • A minimum of 0-2 years real estate or related experience preferred (preferably in a brokerage or other service capacity.)

  • Internship experience in Commercial Real Estate a plus.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe.

  • Knowledge of CoStar and other related CRE listing software a plus.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.

  • Ability to effectively present information.

  • Aptitude for sales prospecting through a variety of techniques including telephone and in person.

  • Ability to provide general direction/be self-managed/work independently.

  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal and external clients.

  • Ability to keep information and internal communications confidential.

  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Travel may be required.

Starting Compensation between $60,000 - $80,000
