Part-Time Janitor

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Part-Time Janitor in Chicago,IL 60640.

The role involves providing comprehensive janitorial services for an apartment building, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance across various areas.Daily responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing high-traffic areas such as the lobby, mailroom, and restrooms. Additionally, duties involve preparing apartments for new residents, assisting building engineers with minor work orders, and managing trash dumpsters by relocating them to the alley as needed.The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform physical tasks efficiently.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 am to 2:00 pm (21 hours per week)

Pay Rate: $16.20/hour bi-weekly pay.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to commute to work.​
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.​
• Immediate availability is preferred.​
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with all team members.​
• At least a year of custodial experience is preferred.​
• A background check will be conducted prior to employment.
