Under the direction of the Director, the PeriOp Training and Development Manager designs, implements, and evaluates education programs to support the competency and development of Perioperative Services team members. This role ensures training aligns with hospital goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices in patient care.

Minimum of three (3) years' experience in developing and delivering education programs with Perioperative staff. Hands on experience in surgical services, including scrubbing, circulating, and perioperative patient care. Experience in ensuring compliance with Joint Commission, AORN, OSHA, and other regulatory bodies.
