Job Summary

Senior Customer Success Officer plays a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth by proactively supporting customers and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving products and services.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with customers to ensure they achieve their goals and derive maximum value from the product/service
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs and pain points
• Build strong relationships with customers and be their advocate within the company
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies, marketing campaigns, and loyalty programs
• Analyze customer data and provide insights to improve products, services, and processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
